Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This page explains, simply, what data we receive when you contact us, why, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data?

MiGi Luxembourg S.à r.l., 4, um Hiwwel, L-8425 Steinfort, Luxembourg — reachable at contact@migi.lu.

What data do we receive?

We do not collect any other data. This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tools, and fonts are hosted on our own server.

Why?

Only to answer your request, discuss your project and, if you wish, send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long do we keep it?

3 years after our last exchange if no contract is signed. If we work together, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law (accounting obligations in particular).

Who can access it?

Only the MiGi Luxembourg team. We never sell or rent your data. Some technical providers help us run the service:

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Just write to contact@migi.lu: we reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD): cnpd.public.lu.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
